Norvasc belongs to a group of drugs called calcium channel blockers. Norvasc relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. It is used to treat high blood pressure or chest pain (angina) and other conditions caused by coronary artery disease.

Directions

Take Norvasc exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow the directions on your prescription label. Especially if you have a liver disease.

Precautions

Before using this medicine , tell your doctor if you have heart and liver illness. Don't drink alcohol.

Contraindications

Allergic reaction, low blood pressure, pregnancy, heart and liver illness, also don't intend for persons under 18.

Possible side effect

Get emergency medical help if you have tumour in the hands, chest pain, breaking heartbeats and biliousness.

Drug interaction
